Canceling your appointment
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments, this also includes changes to reserved time for existing appointments.
Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice or are no-shows may be subject to a 50% cancelation fee.
Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, and ask that if you are running late that you call and inform us. Because we value all of our guests time, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Guest satisfaction policy
We pride ourselves on great customer service. At Moonstone, our number one priority is guest experience and satisfaction. We ask that any guest who needs an adjustment to their hair reach out to us within 48 hours of their service date. Depending on the nature and cause of the adjustment needed, we will determine the proper course of action. By agreeing to receive the service, the guest agrees to pay the full amount of the service total upon completion of the services that same day.
Gratuities
Gratuities are graciously accepted via cash, check, or though credit card via Tippy, with a small convenience fee. We are unable to include gratuities with your credit card payment for service.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased through our website. We do not accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or gratuity. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards
Cell Phones
We kindly ask of respect for other guests and service providers you silence your cell phone during your visit with us.
However, we do encourage you feel free to take photos, videos, Tik Toks or Reels during your time here at Moonstone. We love to see them!
Children
We welcome children’s appointments. We do however ask, for the safety of your children and to maintain a relaxing environment, that children visit us only when they have an appointment
Product Returns
We offer product exchange or merchandise credit on most retail items within 30 days, when accompanied by proof of purchase. No cash or credit card refunds. We do not accept returns on brushes, blow dryers, flat irons or curling irons.
